Commercialisation Training for ARC Hub for ICT at TU Dublin

Inventive Leap were pleased to deliver Commercialisation Training for the first cohort of participants in the ARC Hub for ICT programme, commissioned by the ARC Hub for ICT and facilitated by Inventive Leap, at Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) from 26th to 28th January.

Over the three-day programme, we spent time working closely with 22 Translational Researchers (TRs) and delivered structured commercialisation training to a wider group of 30 Translational Researchers, Entrepreneurial Leads and Entrepreneurial Mentors. The training was designed to support participants in exploring the commercial potential of their research and building the skills required to translate innovative ICT and AI-driven research into real-world impact.

The programme focused on practical, applied learning, covering key elements such as opportunity identification, value propositions, market and customer validation, business models, and routes to commercialisation. Participants were encouraged to challenge assumptions, engage with market needs, and consider viable pathways for scaling impactful solutions.

The training was delivered on behalf of our client, ARC Hub for ICT, which officially launched its programme on Thursday 29th January. The ARC Hub for ICT is supported through Research Ireland’s ARC Programme and is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union via the ERDF Southern Regional Assembly.

The Hub will provide researchers with access to expertise, structured support, and commercial insight to help accelerate translational research and enable the development of impactful, AI-driven solutions with strong potential for societal and economic benefit.

We were delighted to support the ARC Hub for ICT team and to work with such an engaged and ambitious first cohort. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and following the progress of participants as they advance their research towards commercial and real-world impact.
